Had a lovely afternoon with Shashi and Devendra yesterday. Shashi spoke of how her approach to wine making has evolved from her time and experiences at Bass Phillips. She showed me the development in her wine over 4 vintages which correlate to the refining of her viticultural practices and learning from making a more natural wine. The 13 and especially the 14 recently reviewed by @winecompanionmagazine are looking absolutely sublime. An exciting time too as she is experimenting with some fantastic results which will be released on a new label some time in the future. Thank you for the warming and generous hospitality.
